  * New upstream release.
  * Update patch:

    - 17_change-default-apps

  * Bump to Standards Version 4.6.1 (no changes).
  * Move to debhelper-compat 13.
  * Add xfe suggestion xournalpp and avidemux.
  * Update watch file: now search for tar.xz files.
