  * New upstream release.
  * Remove obsolete debian/source/format file.
  * debian/control:
    - Move to debhelper-compat 11.
    - Bump to Standards Version 4.4.1 (no changes).
    - Remove obsolete build dependency to dh-autoreconf.
    - Add build dependency to libx11-xcb-dev. Closes: #951998
  * Update all patches.
  * Add patch fixing typo in german translation.
