Bug Description

$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS
Release: 22.04

$ dpkg -l | grep xfdesktop
ii xfdesktop4 4.16.0-1 amd64 Xfce desktop background, icons and root menu manager
ii xfdesktop4-data 4.16.0-1 all Xfce desktop background, icons and root menu (common files)

I have a collection of wallpaper photos which I have Xfce set to rotate through. The files are in a folder off of my Home Pictures directory. I have a text file, same name as the folder, which has the full path listing of each of the files in the folder.

When it stops automatically advancing, I am still able to advance to the next photo with "Right Click \ Next Background"

Perhaps is a daemon stopping running that is supposed to advance to the next photo?

The only way I have found to correct the issue is to IPL my computer. (reboot)
