Crashed Desktop on Folder Move

I extracted an archive from the right context menu then attempted to move the resulting folder into another.
The desktop crashed. All icons disappeared. Conky disappeared.
The desktop restarted and the icons returned but conky did not.

I am not thinking that file operations on the desktop may experience the same crashes that are affecting thunar.

As with my other reports on thunar, perhaps this does indeed suggest that glib/gtk has new bugs in it.

As this affects data security I am tagging this as a security issue.
