Bug Description

in the /usr/share/doc/xfconf/copyright the link to the common license file is to /usr/share/common-licenses/LGPL when it mentions LGPL version 2 or later when the /usr/share/common-licenses/LGPL is a symlink which has LGPL-3 as a target and should point to version 2 as the correct version.

 xfconf:
  Installed: 4.12.0-2
  Candidate: 4.12.0-2
  Version table:
 *** 4.12.0-2 0
        500 http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ wily/universe amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
Description: Ubuntu Wily Werewolf (development branch)
Release: 15.10

I expected the links to common version of licenses to be consistent instead the lgpl file needs a -2 appended to it to be correct.
