feature request - individual shortcuts for keyboard layouts

I would greatly appreciate to be able to assign a shortcut for each keyboard layout (e.g. Caps for first layout, Shift+Caps for second and Ctrl+Caps for third). KDE layout switcher has this feature, so probably it's not impossible.

The issue you are reporting is an upstream one and it would be nice if somebody having it could send the bug to the developers of the software by following the instructions at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Upstream/Xfce.
