No weather data available (server api change)

Xfce4 weather plugin shows a "No data" message. The popup shows a "Short-term forecast data unavailable" message, and opening it shows a "Currently no data available" message.

Checking upstream, there is a bug report about a server api change, and two patches for it.

Just installed the package from Utopic and it fixes this problem, a backport of this fixes is required for the LTS.
