Bug Description
Software Center supports version 0.7.4-3 of xfce weather plugin. According to developper, versions older than 0.8.0 no longer work.
Please update.

This only affects 12.04. Debian had this fixed in 0.7.4-4, so we should SRU that from stable
This is medium priority since this breaks the package, but doesn't affect other releases on other packages
