Bug Description

Binary package hint: xfce4-settings

I don't see any functional purpose for this recommends. The mixer applet doesn't need aumix installed, but instead functions on its own. I'd imagine this is some kind of legacy thing from before the mixer applet could work it's own magic.

Many people map aumix to their sound fn keys (iirc, it's easier than amixer because you don't need to specify a track). So I think it's better to keep it (at least until Steve is done with xfce4-volumed <https://blueprints.launchpad.net/xubuntu-desktop/+spec/xubuntu-karmic-notify-osd>).

Xfce4-volumed binary packages are now sitting in NEW. As soon as they are accepted, I'll make the change.
