Xubuntu 18.10 appearance screen runs out of the window

Bug Description

Testing Xubuntu 18.10 daily.

xfce4-appearance-settings

When scrolling through the list of icons-themes in "appearance", in a non-maximized window, the highlighted line runs out of the window border. Sorry for this crappy sentence, but you can see what I mean here: https://imgur.com/a/maWJyy5.

If there is more information I can provide, please let me know.

There is a second scrollbar on the right though. I assume that a scrollbar is added to the inner window widget based on a dynamic policy, and it is shown in this case due to the length of the icon list.

Probably worth to forward this to the Xfce bug tracker.
