Bug Description

Problem:
Since about month or two i'm facing the problem, that my external display won't be enabled by default, after i switch it off/on. It is contained in ~/.config/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml/displays.xml (see further)

Expected behaviour:
Once configured, display detrmined automatically and just enabled by default after it connected/switched on (just like it always did early)

System information:

New output connected: HDMI1

Thanks a lot!
