XFCE theme changes when I select a monitor and uncheck "Use this display"

Bug Description
I use Xubuntu in spanish so the english translation might be a bit different.
Steps to reproduce:
Prerequisites: laptop + one extra monitor
- Conect monitor to laptop
- Enter display settings and enable the second monitor
- Confirm and click Yes on the question "Keep using this settings?"
- Close display settings
- Open display settings
- Disable one of the two monitors
- Confirm and click Yes on the question "Keep using this settings?"
Expected behavior: xfce theme should remain the same
Current behavior xfce theme changes for some reason. I loose my shortcuts.
SO: Xubunt 14.04
Machine: Lenovo B50 and a Samsung 23" monitor.
I'm a developer so I might be able to help with this but I'm not sure where to start looking at.
