Bug Description

I found this bug on Xubuntu 14.04.2 and 15.04. I close my laptop lid to suspend. I then open my laptop for resume and the panel has disappeared. I found that this is related to disabling Compositor in XFCE settings called Window Manager Tweaks.

I had the same problem, using Xfce 4.10 with Ubuntu 14.04.02
The solution posted by bathynomusBLUE worked for me. I enabled Compositor and I recover the panel instantly. Now it doesn't dissapear after resuming from suspend.
Thanks.
