Bug Description

I hope this is the right section! Please let me know if not.

This was fixed on 14.04.2 LTS version, but now with the 15.04 it happens again.

I use a non-default mouse theme. When I boot Ubuntu, mouse changes to the default mouse theme depending on the window/desktop area. You can check this on the attached video. It also happens with other families of theme, not just with this pack.

The problem dissapears when I go to the mouse settings, change to another theme (anyone) and come back to the same one. But it happens again at the next boot.

This isn't a bug with the process that performs the release upgrade, rather one with the system after the upgrade.
