[NVIDIA] Appearence settings broken booting with dual monitor attached

Bug Description
Booting with a second monitor attached causes the Appearence Settings to be lost and trying to change them through Settings Manager has no effect. I have the nvidia 313 driver installed. No errors are generated running xfce4-settings-
