Bug Description

Booting with a second monitor attached causes the Appearence Settings to be lost and trying to change them through Settings Manager has no effect. I have the nvidia 313 driver installed. No errors are generated running xfce4-settings-manager from the command line and there are no entries in .xsession-errors while running the Appearence Settings plugin.
