Bug Description

I changed the 'Launch Terminal' keybinding to <Alt>section.
After signing out or restarting, the keybinding has no effect.
It is still listed in xfce4-keyboard-settings → Application Shortcuts.
Attempting to change it to the same key combo causes it to dissapear.
Opening the Settings Editor and Open→Save the entry temporarily fixes it.
