Bug Description
The applications menu plugin of the panel allows to logout, restart, sleep the computer or turn it off.
However there is no entry for locking the screen.
We have to add the "session" plugin to the panel.

I assume that you are talking about the xfce4-session- logout dialog window ("Log Out" application menu entry).
