xfce4-power-manager ignores systemd-inhibit

xfce4-power-manager ignores sleep blocking by systemd-inhibit and puts system to S3 sleep even though I have a process running launched with

$ systemd-inhibit --what "idle:sleep:handle-suspend-key" --mode block mycommand arguments

My config:

and still xfce4-power-manager puts the system to S3 sleep!
