Bug Description

When leaving the laptop on to stream a video the laptop fell asleep (after me) When I woke op I discovered this:

The laptop was sleeping
The battery was running low
Charger was connected but NOT charging

So I had essentially a useless laptop after sleeping. While it should simply be fully charged.

I see some other bugs that might be related but don't describe the same bug.

Does not sound like a bug in the power manager, but some hardware related problem.
