Bug Description

See http://appstream.ubuntu.com/xenial/universe/issues/xfce4-power-manager-data.html

The appstream xml file is currently stored in the xfce4-power-manager-data package.
It should be moved to the xfce4-power-manager package to eliminate the above issue.
