Bug Description

With a vm running a guest in virtualbox.

Trying to either shutdown,restart or logout the host machine halts, vbox close machine dialogue opens.

Need to reopen the shutdown dialogue after vbox has been dealt with.

At least one other application had closed during the failed shutdown/restart. (Notably one on the same workspace as vbox, leaving one open and vbox asking for decision)

Behaviour noted when using either PPA version or default package.

Locking screen works.

I am able to reproduce this both on a live system and within HyperV vm.

1. Try Xubuntu

2. Install virtualbox:
   $ sudo apt-get update
   $ sudo apt-get install virtualbox virtualbox-ext-pack

3. Run virtualbox:
   $ virtualbox

4. Logout:
    $ xfce4-session-logout -l

The result is that the virtualbox process ends, but the system does not logout!

I couldn't find any logfiles, or systemd-inhibit entries that seems relevant. I've no idea where to look next.

I tested with xfce4-session 4.13 and virtualbox 6.0, and I can confirm this bug. The process does not end immediately though.
