Bug Description
xfce4-power-manager features a setting labeled "Lock screen when going for suspend/hibernate".
I have this setting enabled, but upon the computer resuming from suspended state, the screen is not locked and I am not prompted for a password.
Screen locking, however, works as expected when simply selecting "Lock Screen" option from the user menu drop-down.
