Bug Description

Hi,
I am experimenting with encrypted home directories using libpam-encfs. The home drives appear to be working OK, but a side effect is that the 'Exit' button on the panel (and the right-click pop up from desktop) does not function correctly.

When exit is selected and confirmed the panels disapear, but the desktop and applications remain active/running.

The only way to exit the session appears to the to kill it (Ctrl-Alt-Backspace).

Another symptom is that the 'Exit' is not shown as a 'On/Off icon' (which brings up 'Log off', 'Restart', 'Halt', etc) but a 'Exit door icon' (which only asks for 'Cancel' and 'Confirm').

Switching the encrypted home function off returns XFCE to a working state, with 'On/Off icon'. The contents of my home and encrypted home drives are identical (best I can tell).

Any suggestions on what might be wrong?
