xubuntu panels disappared after login

Bug Description
Binary package hint: xfce4-panel
I'm using jaunty with gnome default desktop
I have installed xubuntu via 'apt-get install xubuntu-desktop' and I tested it. Everything worked fine.
Today I logged out from gnome and logged in in xfce, but panels (up and down for default) was disappared.
So I launched from shell 'xfce4-panel' and they came up
