Cannot move window to the upper corner of display if panel is switched from being horizontal to being vertical

I am using extended desktop on Xfce 4 Desktop Environment version 4.4.1 (Xfce 4.4). Extended desktop by xranrd 1.2. If you switch panels between vertical and horizontal mode when in extended display mode, it happens you can not move the window to the place panel was before.

5. the package version affected (sudo dpkg -l | grep xfce4)

Well, in my experience it does everytime, but only when extended desktop is in use.
