Bug Description

To replicate the bug:

- install xubuntu 14.04 from iso;
- upgrade to latest stable packages as per logs attached;
- set top panel to auto hide;
- add "action buttons" to the panel, just to the right of the wisker menu;

Expected behaviour, tested on the wisker menu:
- click on the wisker menu, but then, instead of clicking on an icon from the menu, click anywhere on the desktop: the panel auto hides.

Unexpected behaviour, on the action button:
- click on the action button, but then, instead of clicking on an icon from the menu, click anywhere on the desktop: the panel does not auto hides and stays visible as if the panel setting was "always visible".

The work around "xfce4-panel -r" from terminal or as a shortcut works well.

I have not been able to replicate this behaviour on any other item on the panel.
