[FFe] xfce4-notifyd 0.3.5 for zesty

This release introduces optional notification logging during normal usage and with the "do not disturb" mode that was introduced with 0.3.4. We believe that this adds significant value and would like to include this with Xubuntu 17.04.

This version has had a significant amount of testing by our team and users since it is included in our Xfce GTK+3 PPA.
