2012-06-12 10:08:07 Lionel Le Folgoc description Might be worth SRU'ing to precise (include debian/patches/01_fix-dismiss-notifications.patch from 0.2.2-2 and it's ok). Cf. http://git.xfce.org/apps/xfce4-notifyd/commit/?id=ad77e8aa48201c1c10226b54f7ab006989f2f4d5 and http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=672646 and http://askubuntu.com/questions/144983/why-doesnt-clicking-on-notification-buttons-in-xubuntu-12-04-dismiss-the-notifi/148829#148829 How to reproduce: 1/ Use a program that shows a notification with an action button (e.g. pair a new bluetooth device with blueman, which will ask for authentication, cf. askubuntu link above). 2/ Click on one of the action button, e.g. "Accept". 3a/ (incorrect behavior) Notice that the notification isn't dismissed. 3b/ (correct behavior) The notification bubble is closed. 4/ "and they lived happily ever after." Risks: * the code now emits the closed signal on the notification window instead of the button. * Committed in upstream git for a long time. * Already in quantal and wheezy/testing. * "It's just a one-line change!"
