Plays alert for each message read

I have 4 gmail accounts in it i have it set to play the old AOL you got mail sound when i get mail
it works fine, but...
lets say i have 5 unread messages
and i read 3 then the watcher then the wather plays the alter 3 times (they play at same time a few miliseconds apart)
i read my messages in thunerbird if that matters

it should only play the sound when new messages arrive now when i read a message that it already alerted me to

Mail watcher, with a "run on new messages" executable ...

Announces when there is new mail AND when it has been read, ie it announces when there is any change in the number of unread mail not just on new mail.

Apart from that it great, thanks for the hard work :)
