Bug Description

battery plugin crashed after returning from hibernation, I didn't do anything specific, just started my laptop

thanks for the bug report. I want to check and see if this is this reproduceable? I tried hibernate and resume-from-hibernate with the battery plugin on my thinkpad t60, and had no problems.

also, which version of xubuntu are you using?

Well, I'm not using Xfce anymore.
I used Xubuntu 6.10 when I filed this bug.

This happens to me regularly (but not always) after I resume from hibernate. I am running Xubuntu Gutsy on a Dell Latitude C400, but it happened with older versions as well. I should mention that other applets disappear occasionally, too -- the Places applet, for instance -- but not as often as the Battery Monitor applet.

Please let me know what information I can provide to shed some light on this... I am stumped!
