Doesn't honor reversed scroll direction

Bug Description

Setting up an old laptop for a person used to using OSX so set touchpad scroll direction to be Reversed. It works in nearly all applications and windows but the Application Finder still scrolls in the standard direction, rather than change with this setting.

Xubuntu 18.04 downloaded and installed within a week of making this BR. It's on a laptop I have given to a friend so don't have direct access to pull details off it.

The Xfce Appfinder in 18.04 is a GTK3 application, so this report is probably a duplicate of bug 1368402.
