App Finder, when summoned, launches twice

Please run the following command in a terminal:

XFSETTINGSD_DEBUG=1 xfsettingsd --replace --no-daemon

Does the output tell you that Alt+F2/F3 is being activated twice? If no, which of the following commands trigger the issue?

xfrun4
xfrun4 --disable-server
xfce4-appfinder
xfce4-appfinder --disable-server

If these generate any terminal output, please attach it to this report.
