Window Manager window default size is small

Bug Description
Xubuntu 8.10, screen resolution 1280x800
Application -> Settings -> Settings Manager -> Window Manager.
Size of window is insufficient for tab "Keyboard" to see shortcuts. Please make this window a bit wider to avoid annoying resize.
