Xfce Settings Manager "Keyboard" crashes

Bug Description

This is from Ubuntu 8.04 alpha 5 x86_64 using XFCE.

$ apt-cache policy xfce4-mcs-manager
xfce4-mcs-manager:
  Installed: 4.4.2-2ubuntu2
  Candidate: 4.4.2-2ubuntu2
  Version table:
 *** 4.4.2-2ubuntu2 0

When you click the "Keyboard" button for the "Xfce Settings Manager" dialog, the dialog crashes, and User Interface icons and theme switches temporarily to something else.
