Bug Description

Happened while watching a video with XBMC. xbmc.bin took around 100% CPU (seen SSHing in from another machine running "top"). It seems that hardware acceleration is not working.

System is the Pandaboard ES with Raring.

13.04 is EOL, if you can reproduce on a newer version, please file a new bug
