Bug Description

When looking through the UDEV rules I have found this strange file/path:

/lib/udev/rules.d/69-wacom.rules/wacom.rules

Probably there should be a file

/lib/udev/rules.d/69-wacom.rules

with the contents of wacom.rules instead.
