Cant boot Xen with Xenial and Adaptec ASR8405

Installation of 16.04 was fine. Reboot and working without problems.

After installation of xen boot fail because the root-partition cant be found. Booting the default-kernel works without problems.

Error:
Gave up waiting for root device

In /dev is no partition of the adaptec-controller Adaptec ASR8405.

I tried kernel-parameter:
- noacpi
- noapic (wont work with xen)

The firmware of the raidcontroller is current (7.10 [33067])

It seems to be a bug in Kernel 4.4. (4.4.0-45)

After install ubuntu 14.04 with linux-generic-lts-xenial the same problems like above occured (can boot linux, but cannot boot linux with xen 4.4).

After changing the kernel from 4.4 to 3.13 (3.13.0-100) i was able to boot with xen 4.4.
