Fix hex decoding in sxp.Parser

Bug Description

If a managed domain is creates with a name/description containing non-ASCII-characters, `xm list` fails in xen-
This is caused by "xend" implementing its own broken hex-decoder.

The patch was sent upstream but rejected as xen-4.1 (and Python-xend) being EOL: <>

The attachment "xend: Fix hex decoding in sxp.Parser" seems to be a patch. If it isn't, please remove the "patch" flag from the attachment, remove the "patch" tag, and if you are a member of the ~ubuntu-reviewers, unsubscribe the team.

This appears still valid for Trusty, but no newer releases as xend was removed.
