Bug Description

If you use

sdl=1
vnc=0

in myconfiguration.cfg and run
# xm create myconfiguration.cfg

in a guest configuration, no sdl window is created, because the underlying qemu-dm doesn't know the -sdl option which it is passed.

Expected result: a window in SDL showing my guest. (Note: VNC does work. )

Actual result: an error message about how -sdl is not an option in some log file and not seeing a working VM.

Version: 4.1.2-2ubuntu2.1
Description: Ubuntu 12.04 LTS
Release: 12.04

I think the 'sdl' flag has been missed when packaging xen-utils-4.1 where qemu-dm is part of.

Latest version xen-utils-4.1.2-2ubuntu2.2 shows same behaviour.

It appears that I may be experiencing the same result:

root@xen:/etc/xen# xm create /etc/xen/win7.cfg
Using config file "/etc/xen/win7.cfg".
Error: Domain 'win7' does not exist.

file: /var/log/xen/qemu-dm-win7.log
has a different error message, see attachment.
