xentools in feisty creates broken debootstrap'ed images

Binary package hint: xen-tools
When feisty changed /etc/sh away from being equivalent to /bin/bash, the hooks in /usr/lib/
rm ${prefix}
... rather than removing tty2 -> tty6, it now removes tty1 and leaves the others behind. The end result is no functional console in the domU.
Changing the shell of the script to /bin/bash is one obvious fix. Another would be to be more explicit (e.g. rm ${prefix}
