Kernel panic when start second VM

Bug Description

Binary package hint: xen-image-xen0-2.6.17-6-generic-xen0

On a fresh install of ubuntu server 6.10 when i start a second VM I have a Kernel Panic on Domain0.

The xend log contain nothing after the start of the first VM.

You don't happen to have multiple (or multi-core, or hyperthreading) CPUs, do you?

CPU is a pentium D.
