Bug Description

I'd been trying out xcp/xen and decided I didn't want to mess with it. Unfortunately, when trying to uninstall everything, this package and a few others would freeze when trying 'apt-get remove'. After strace-ing the apt-get, I saw that /the prerm script was hanging trying to down the xcp network, which was already down.
