The Xdiagnose, despite being shown in the Overview as an application, won't start unless launched via terminal with sudo.

I thinnk at some point we were planning on hiding this in the overview (for Ubuntu GNOME) anyhow its not a gnome-shell bug, re-assigning

it runs fine on unity, and is actually a dupe of 1483276
