Bug Description

If umask for instance is set to "u=rwx,g=rwx,o=" the /usr/share/mime/mime.cache file becomes inaccessible after "sudo xdg-mime install --mode system <file>" is run. xdg-mime sets umask to 022 for the xml-file that is being installed, but when update-mime-database is run, the umask is reset to the original value.
