Bug Description
XChat offers on close to minimize to tray which will make it completly dissappear.
I expect it to either actually minimize to tray, or for this option to not be presented.

Thank you for your bug report to make ubuntu better
i have also seen this issue many times and i am abletoreproduce this bug.
as defined above when we chose minimize to tray than we see that there is no arrow appear on the icon which show that the app is running or not so if we again open xchat than the xchat is open but its open with not the previous user name like mine is bil21al when i login again it uses bil21al_ so the xchat already running but no indication.
