Bug Description

Binary package hint: xchat

On starting a new instance of xchat, it first asks for the server name. After selecting the server, it connects to the server and then opens a "Connection Complete" window, where we need to select a channel or type channel name.

I noticed that, after entering the channel name in the text field, I should be able to join the channel after hitting the enter key. But instead, it requires hitting the enter key twice for the same to happen.

I am running Ubuntu 10.10
