Bug Description
When clicking on "xchat" in gnome-shell in focal xchat does open with an empty window and does not connect to my configured chat networks. The reason appears to be the changes in:
https:/
i.e. the desktop file now reads: "xchat --existing --url %U"".
Reverting to the eoan version of this should fix things.
