Bug Description
Binary package hint: xchat
If I try and configure a keyboard shortcut for F1 alone it does not work - instead it brings up the help as if I'd never configured the keyboard shortcut. Ctrl/Alt/Shift-F1 all work normally.

Thanks for reporting this, however this issue is most likely not a bug.
Fixed shortcuts (as F1 for help) cannot be assigned to another functionality.
