Binary package hint: xchat
xchat 2.8.0
Highlighting of channel tabs in 'tree' view no longer functions. The problem is (apparently) with gtk-qt-engine.

I'm confirming this bug and its really annoying! :)
Until tree mode works again users can choose to view channels in tab mode and still get the colours.
