xchat does not fit in its window

Bug Description
On a clean install of Quantal beta 1, with updates applied, Xchat does not seem to fit within its own window - some controls fall of the right hand side.
There is also no scroll bar or method of scrolling the main chat window.
I have attached a screenshot of the maximized window, and a 'normal' window so you can see what I mean.
